Energy chain can be used to supply power to the hoist or control unit of any ABUS travelling crane. They protect cables against damage and premature wear and allow easy access for work on the system. In addition, there are no sagging cables on which other equipment may snag. |

ABUS Load Measurement system LIS SV |
ABUS Load Measurement system LIS SV is designed to protect hoists against overloading. This system is operated by a signal from a strain gauge combined with a measurement axle, measurement bolt or similar device. As an option, the load determined can be indicated by a small load display integrated within the pendant control or by an external large load display. |

ABUS has developed a special remote control system for the control of stand-alone chain hoists. The Mini-RC can be used for chain hoists with control voltage and offers a cost effective alternative to standard market remote control systems. The Mini-RC is available for the lifting and lowering function as well as for the additional hoist travel motion. |

ABUS Radio remote control/Tandem control system |
Radio remote controls give crane operators greater freedom of movement, allowing them to choose the position, which gives the best view of their working area and effectively saving time. ABUS offers radio remote controls with joystick or the compact Pocket transmitter. ABUS radio remote controls are also suitable for multiuser operation, with parallel access to several cranes. The ABUS tandem control system allows the crane operator to control two electrically coupled travelling cranes at the same time. Ideally, the ABUS radio remote control system should be used in combination with the tandem control system. With this control configuration, two crane operators can control the two cranes separately, or one operator can control both cranes, either separately or together. |

ABULiner is an effective solution when precise positioning is required with variable speed hoists. This frequency converter also allows the maximum speed to be increased above the rated speed when lifting reduced loads. ABUliners are also available for crane and trolley travel. |
